Healing from the inside out!

Updated: Feb 5, 2022

Many things shape you. Finally, you become the person you currently are. It can be your upbringing, a bad relationship, or a traumatic event that you can't seem to get over. To be a healthy adult, you have to realize that many of the problems that seem to follow you aren't external problems, but something is happening inside you. Inner healing is exceptionally beneficial for you at any age.

Do you walk around expecting people to tiptoe around you, or does life always have to coddle you? Do you lash out at people who had nothing to do with your woundedness? Do you need to speak up? Are you afraid of confrontation and growth?

Start the healing process. I encourage you to open yourself to transformation and healing methods. Tell Dorothy how you are feeling and take action to build a healthier life. Also, spend some time with God, the one who made you and knows you best. Allow Him to do what He loves to do. God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

Begin new and healthy ways of processing your emotions. I believe that you are strong enough to do the work. Impact Dynamics is here to help you live your dreams and be a healthier person for yourself, your children, and your spouse. You are a winner. You were born to overcome the trauma in your heart.
